A few landlords needed extra negotiation, but overall a smooth relocation experience for our family.

I needed a furnished flat in Shenzhen within two weeks. Aaron shortlisted real options (no fake listings), joined every viewing, and helped with utilities setup. Serviço excelente — thank you ChinaHomeRent!

Aaron helped me find a quiet apartment near an international school in Shenzhen. Viewings were well organized, WeChat replies were fast, and the lease terms were explained clearly in English. Highly recommend for expats relocating to Shenzhen.
