The residence
Ascott Pazhou Guangzhou is a full-service residence in Pazhou West, Haizhu District, close to the Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center and a cluster of technology companies.
Apartments look toward Liede Bridge, the Pearl River, and the city’s central axis. Interiors take their cue from Lingnan’s seasons: quiet materials, a fully equipped kitchen, and living space planned for longer stays.
There are 378 apartments, from Studio Deluxe to Three-Bedroom Executive. Selected layouts include a walk-in wardrobe. Apartment floors run from the 3rd through the 23rd, and the 25th.
Recent one-bedroom notes are monthly stays. The rent in those notes covers cleaning twice a week, drinking water with a dispenser, a utilities allowance of up to CNY 900, and 30 breakfasts. Breakfasts do not carry into the next month, and utilities above the allowance are paid by the guest. The package and the price change with the apartment and the dates.
