The residence

Somerset QPlex Shenzhen, also known as 深圳盛捷侨城坊服务公寓, sits in the OCT (华侨城) area of Nanshan. It is part of Q-Plex (侨城坊), an ecological business complex, so residents share the shops under the complex and are beside the OCT Golf Training Center, Yitian Holiday Plaza (益田假日广场), and OCT-LOFT Creative Culture Park.

There are 234 apartments in seven layouts, from Studio Executive at 46 square meters to the Three-Bedroom Premier at 188 square meters. Rooms are square and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a separate shower, and a full kitchen. Apartments include branded appliances, a home audio-visual system, individually controlled central air conditioning, and high-speed wired and wireless internet.

• North side of Qiaoxiang Road (侨香路), in the OCT area of Nanshan District, inside the Q-Plex complex.
• Beside the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway and Beihuan Avenue, with road access across Shenzhen and the Pearl River Delta.
• About 1.5 km from Qiaocheng North Station (侨城北) on Metro Lines 2 and 8.
• Nearby: OCT Golf Training Center, Yitian Holiday Plaza, OCT-LOFT, Happy Valley, Window of the World, and Splendid China Folk Village.
• Parks the residence points to: Tanglang Mountain Country Park and the Mangrove Coastal Ecological Park. The residence map also marks Shenzhen Bay Park and Nantou Ancient City.
