The residence

Somerset Wanxia Shenzhen, also known as 深圳盛捷湾厦服务公寓, is at No. 27 Zhaoshang East Road, Dongjiaotou, Shekou, Nanshan. The apartments share a commercial complex with a WELL Platinum office tower and a shopping mall. The project is certified WELL Platinum. Apartments have direct drinking water, a green fit-out, and anti-glare lighting.

There are 214 apartments in five layouts, from a 34-square-meter Studio Deluxe to a 125-square-meter Three-Bedroom Premier. Rooms are square, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Selected homes look toward the sea. Each has a wet-and-dry bathroom with a smart toilet, a full kitchen, broadband and Wi-Fi, and a home theater system.

The lobby is on the 21st floor and is open around the clock. The residents' lounge, sky restaurant, gym, yoga room, playroom, and jacuzzi are on the 22nd floor. Somerset is a brand of The Ascott Limited.
