Real feedback from clients who worked with Agnes in Hangzhou.
A few landlords needed extra negotiation, but overall a smooth relocation experience for our family.
I needed a furnished flat in Hangzhou within two weeks. Agnes shortlisted real options (no fake listings), joined every viewing, and helped with utilities setup. Serviço excelente — thank you ChinaHomeRent!
Agnes helped me find a quiet apartment near an international school in Hangzhou. Viewings were well organized, WeChat replies were fast, and the lease terms were explained clearly in English. Highly recommend for expats relocating to Hangzhou.
English support was excellent, and the compound tour schedule fit my work hours.
English communication was clear, and the agent understood expat needs (deposit, contract translation).
